What we process

NudgeClerk processes account and company details, customer contacts, invoice records and communication data to provide invoice follow-up. Security records include sign-in events, IP addresses and administrator actions. Passwords are hashed; authentication secrets are not shown in the activity journal.

How information is used

We use this information to operate accounts, schedule authorised reminders, provide support and protect the service. Businesses are responsible for their authority to upload contacts and invoices and to contact their customers. Customer invoice data is not used to train public AI models. When a business enables AI replies, relevant invoice facts and conversation history are sent to OpenAI to prepare a response. Standard scripted replies do not use OpenAI.

Storage, providers and requests

The service runs on a VPS with a database and separate mailboxes. PayPal or PayFast processes your payment details when you choose a subscription. NudgeClerk stores provider references, subscription status and transaction amounts; card details are entered at the payment provider. Meta processes customer phone numbers, WhatsApp messages and delivery events to provide WhatsApp messaging. Infrastructure, email delivery and domain-protection providers process data as needed to operate it. Contact [email protected] for access, correction, export, deletion or retention requests. Some security and transaction records may need to be retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons. We do not sell customer data.

Cookies

Essential session and security cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. When you confirm website preferences, we remember that confirmation on this browser for up to one year. If you change your country, package currency or website language, we also remember your selection for up to one year. You can reopen preferences using the puzzle button on the homepage and return to automatic regional defaults. Google Analytics (measurement ID G-82VHB82LDY) loads on public website pages using Advanced Consent Mode. Analytics cookies are denied by default and are allowed only if you choose to allow them in preferences. While cookies are denied, Google may receive measurements without cookies. Your analytics cookie choice is remembered for up to one year. You can decline or withdraw permission using the puzzle button; declining removes this website’s Google Analytics cookies and returns analytics storage to denied. Advertising personalization remains disabled. Google processes analytics data; see Google privacy policy. Cloudflare Turnstile checks signup attempts to prevent bots and abuse, and processes browser signals for that purpose. See Cloudflare privacy policy. Website images and fonts are served locally.
