Early-access terms

The early-access service
NudgeClerk assists with invoice follow-up; it is not an accounting system, bank, payment processor or legal collection service. The early-access release supports email/password accounts, customer and invoice records, CSV import and a standard email reminder workflow. Features marked planned are not included yet.
Your responsibilities
Upload accurate records you are authorised to process. Use appropriate and lawful communication, respect opt-outs, verify payment claims and review disputes promptly. You choose when to enable automation and remain responsible for the content and recipients of your reminders. Do not upload unlawful content, abuse recipients, share administrator accounts or attempt to access another company’s records.
Trial and availability
The initial trial lasts 14 days. No card is required for the trial. If you choose a paid subscription, you approve recurring payments through PayPal or PayFast at the price, currency and interval shown at checkout. Monthly plans renew monthly; yearly plans are billed once per year at 10 times the monthly price, giving 2 months free. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in Settings → Plan & billing. Cancellation stops future renewal and keeps already paid access until its end date. Upgrades can start immediately after verified payment, with credit for unused paid time deducted from the first payment. The upgrade review shows the credit, amount due now and full renewal price. Credits use the existing billing currency. Other plan changes begin at the end of existing paid access. Service availability and collection outcomes are not guaranteed. During early access, keep your original accounting records and report problems to [email protected].
30-day money-back guarantee
All paid plans, monthly and yearly, include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Request a full refund from the payment history in Settings → Plan & billing within 30 days of the payment. Our billing team processes the refund through the original payment provider. Provider processing times may vary. You can stop renewal independently while your request is reviewed. Once a full refund is recorded, that subscription is cancelled and access funded by the refunded payment ends. Contact [email protected] if you need help.
Ending access and help
You can pause reminders at any time. You can schedule closure from Settings → Plan & billing. Renewal is paused and the confirmation shows when access ends and workspace business data will be deleted. You can cancel the cancellation before that date to keep the workspace and resume paused renewal. Accounts with no remaining paid or trial access have a 24-hour cancellation reversal period. Billing and audit history are retained. Contact [email protected] for export or help. We may suspend access to address abuse or a material security issue. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
